Clean bananabread, full of healthy fats and carbs and tastes amazingly delicious!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions


3 Bananen / 3 medium ripe bananas
200g Haferflocken / 1 1/2 cup oats
~ 80g Mandelmehl / 1/2 cup almond meal
3 Eier / 3 eggs
100g griechischer Joghurt / 1/3 cup greek yogurt (0% fat)
1 dl Milch / 1/3 cup milk
2 EL Honig/Agave syrup,stevia, süßstoff nach geschmack / 2 Tbsp honey/agave/stevia to taste
4 EL geschmolzenes Kokosnuss Öl / 4 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1 TL Backpulver / 1tsp baking powder
1 Prise Salz / pinch of salt
1 EL Zimt / 1 tbsp cinnamon
3-4 dl gemahlene Walnüsse / 1 1/2 cup grated walnuts
optional: some chocolate chips (not healthy)

Ofen auf 175° C vorheizen. Einfach alles außer die Walnüsse zusammen mixen. Je nach Geschmack mehr Zimt und Honig hinzugeben. Wenn der Teig schön flüssig/cremig ist, auch die Walnüsse hinzugeben und wenn ihr wollt auch die Schokoladen chips. Im Ofen für ca. 30 min. backen oder wenn der Zahnstocher sauber raus kommt ist es fertig. Guten Appetit! :)

Preheat your oven to 300°F. Put everything except the walnuts into a food processor and mix toghether. If you want you can add more honey/stevia or cinnamon. Stir in the walnuts and the chocolate chips if you want to. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy! :)
