The perfect Banana Bread, you will not even know it is healthy!
Preheat oven to 350. Then mash your bananas and mix in the rest of the ingredients (oat flour, coconut flour, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, paking soda and agave) except the walnuts and pecans. Then cut the pecans and walnuts in tinny pieces and mix in with you bread mixture. Top your bread with whole pecans and chopped walnuts and place in the oven for 45 min. Check on the bread at 45 min sliding a tooth pick in the middle, if it is still moist continue to cook till it comes out clean (check every 10 min or so)
Take out let cool cut and devour. This recipe makes 12 servings.
