Quinoa Oat Cheese Bun
1/8 cup oat flour
1/8 cup oats
1/8 cup quinoa flour
1 tsp chia seeds
Garlic, Onion, Mustard Powder to taste
Italian Seasoning to taste
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt and peper
1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
Chia seeds, Oats and go veggie cheese shreds to garnish
Turkey Burger
1/2 of Oscar Mayers smoked turkey sausage
1/4 cup almond Flour
Burger Layers
Lettuce, FF cream cheese
baked Egg plant
FF Cheddar Cheese
-Quinoa Oat Cheese Bun: Mix all of your ingredients and pour them 2 big cup cake molds with Pam and garnish on top with Chia seeds and oats. Bake at 350 for 20 min then add the cheese on top and bake for another 5 min. Take out and cool on a rack.
-Turkey Burger: put your sausage in the food processor with the flour when processed make patty forms and put them in your skillet till lightly browned.
-Assembly: Cut your bun, put your egg plant then the turkey burger then the cheese lettuce and the cream cheese and you are done. Peace Out
