Sweet, meets dark chocolate meets an explosion of flavors in my mouth with this Chocolate Chunk Pancakes

² Ingredients


q Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients of the pancakes (oat flour, coconut flour, stevia, coco powder, cinnamon and baking powder) and then mix the wet ingredients (eggs, yogurt water, vanilla extract) then pour the wet ingredients and mix still smooth then break the chocolate cubes into pieces and pour into the mixture and pour in your skillet in medium heat (try to shape them into a round and small shape you will get 7 to 6 pancakes ) when your pancakes are done layer them as in the picture with your blue berry cream (just mix with your hand blender you frozen blue berries your yogurt and cottage cheese) and you will be done I topped mine with Dark chocolate pieces.
