Snicker Bars is an all time favorite of many, so this is a awesome guilt free recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth chocolate cravings!

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 serving (serving = 4 squares) Lindt Excellence 70% Cocoa Smooth Dark
  •  1 serving (serving = 4 squares) Lindt Excellence 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Sunsweet Chopped Dates
  •  1/2 cup Dried Fig
  •  1/2 cup, whole Almonds
  •  2.5 oz Cashew Nuts
  •  1/3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
  •  2 tbsp Honey
  •  1/2 cup Oats
   

q Directions

-Bottom Layer (Almonds, Oats, Honey) - Nougat: put all ingredients in the food processor until you get a grainy but sticky constancy, and mold into 8 chuncky cubes resembling bars (like seen in the picture), put in freezer while you make your second later

-Top Layer (Dates, Figs, Cashews, A bit of water)- Caramel Cashew Mix: cut your figs and dates into small pieces and put in your food processor with a bit a water until you achieve a thick caramel consistency, then put your cashews cut in small pieces in the mixture and mix with a spoon. Take out your bars from the freezer and layer the caramel on top.

-Chocolate Coat (90% Lindt Chocolate (Melted), 70% Lindt Chocolate (Melted), a bit of Almond milk for the coating): put your 6 cubes in the microwave for 40 seconds and then mix them until the chocolate sauce is all even, then add a bit of almond milk so the sauce is enough to cover the 8 bars and freeze for 30 to 45 min and you are done!
