Vanilla Chai tea is the perfect way to SPICE up your oats!

q Directions

For the Vanilla Cream Oats heat 3/4 cup of water in the microwave for 1:30 minutes, put the tea bag and leave it for 3 minutes, then put oat's in the tea water and heat again for 2 min. Next mix the almond butter, almond milk, and stevia with the oat's once the oats have been cooked. For the Apple Maple Glaze cut your red apple and put in a skillet with the maple syrup and 1/4 cup of water, cover the apples for about 5 minutes on medium heat or until apples are slightly soft. You can also top your Vanilla Cream Oats with 1 tbsp of wheat germ which is a great source of Vitamin E and Folic Acid. Breakfast has been served. Peace Out!
