Healthy and delicious snack that will be very quick to prepare. Enjoy it.
Quick salad perfect for snacking. 1 beet cooked and grated. Add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1 small garlic pressed, salt and about 1 -2 tbsp fat free greek yogurt. Mix and chill. Enjoy with whole wheat pita bread or brown rice cakes.
