These quick and easy protein bites are full of yumminess, and super foods.
about ¾ cup mashed blackberries (maybe more)
¼ cup peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder
¼ cup coconut flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1-2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. chai seeds
Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Form into small balls, and roll in some shredded coconut if desired. I recommend putting these in the freezer, and eating them cold. They taste better! Makes about 10 balls.
