An easy and tasty breakfast option you can make the night before!
Stir the vanilla, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup chia seeds and 1 tbsp of maple syrup together & let the mixture set in the the fridge for at least 4-8 hours.
Blend the rest of the ingredients (1 cup milk, blueberries, 1/4 cup chia seeds and 1 tbsp of maple syrup) together in a blender & once again, set the mixture in the fridge for 4-8 hours.
Serve with fresh fruit and pecans. Enjoy!
