1/2 Cup Almond Meal
1 TB Ground Flax Seed
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 TB Honey
1/3 Cup Frozen Blueberries (unsweetened)
1/2 Scoop Whey Protein (I used Un-Flavored)
Fold In 1 Large Whipped Egg White (Whipped for Fluffier Cakes)
