In a Bowl, Mix:
9oz Lean Ground Beef (I used 90/10)
1 Egg White
1.5 TB Cacao Nibs (crushed)
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
1 TB Coarse Cornmeal (Or Almond Flour)
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Dash of Salt & Pepper
Form into balls (makes about 8 minis)
Cook in a pan with 2 teaspoons heated Coconut Oil on Low-Medium Flame, covered, until browned on both sides (about 15 minutes)
**ChefTiffy Tip**
For added “heat", sprinkle some Red Pepper Flakes into the mix.
