A super simple and quick banana bread recipe that you can adapt to the ingredients you have available!
Combine: 3 cups almond flour (you can substitute this for oat flour), 3-4 overly ripe mashed bananas, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 2 eggs, and 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt. Once thoroughly mixed, gently stir in 2/3 cup of blueberries. Pour into a lined loaf tin and bake at 180c/350f for around 30-45 mins.
