A fluffy, souffle-like breakfast filled with bursting berries and the almost sweet, clove-like basil. Bursting with strange deliciousness.

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Friendship Dairies 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese (No Salt Added)
  •  1/2 cup Egg White
  •  1/4 cup Blueberries
  •  5 leaves Basil
  •  1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1/4 tsp Nutmeg (Ground)
  •  0.125 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
  •  1 serving (serving = 2-4 drops) Whole Foods Market Liquid Stevia Drops
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat the eggs and cottage cheese together until well-combined and beginning to fluff. Add remaining ingredients and beat again to combine.
Pour into a greased ramekin (I used coconut oil spray) and bake for 35-40 mins.
