Blueberry Cheesecake in French Toast
Ingredients
1 slice bread
1 egg white
1 stevia packet
1 tbsp. milk
1 wedge laughing cow cream cheese (abt 1 tbsp.)
3 tbsp. greek yogurt
5 blueberries
1 tbsp. fruit juice
Directions
1. Soak bread in the whisked mixture of egg white, stevia and milk.
2. Press gently into muffin mould.
3. Mix cheese and yogurt. Pour into bread.
4. Microwave berries and juice for 40secs. Pour onto yogurt mix.
5. Bake at 180c for 20 mins.
