Sugar-free, Dairy-free, and all-natural, with plenty of wholesomeness. Here come's a good ol' favourite of coconut, caramel and chocolate
Samoa Baked Oatmeal
 Ingredients: 
 1/2c oats
 2 tbsp applesauce 
 2 tbsp milk
 1/3 tsp baking powder
 1 tbsp sweetener+1/4 tsp vanilla extract / 8 drops vanilla Creme stevia
 1 date 
 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
 
 Directions: 
 1. Combine first 5 ingredients. 
 2. Bake in a lined/greased ramekin for 20 minutes at 180c. 
 3. Meanwhile, mash date with coconut and a bit of water to soften. 
 4. Spread it on the oats at the 10 minute mark. 
 5. Drizzle on chocolate. 
 6. Serve warm and enjoy. 
 
 Chocolate drizzle: 
 Combine 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 5 drops chocolate stevia/sweetener.
