² Ingredients

  •  1 oz Fat Free Whipped Cream (Pressurized Container)
  •  1/2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat)
  •  1/4 cup Blueberries
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 package) Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Cheesecake Pudding Mix
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Kraft Cool Whip Fat Free
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Designer Whey French Vanilla Protein Powder
  •  0.2 serving (serving = 24 pieces) Nabisco Teddy Grahams Honey
   

q Directions

1/2 C cottage cheese (trust me you won't notice it and it thickens the shake and adds 14 extra grams protein)
1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder
1/2 C water
1 Tbs Cheesecake sugar free pudding mix
Handful blueberries about 1/4 Cup
8ish ice cubes
Topping:
4 crushed Teddy Graham's crackers on top
Dollop of fat free cool whip from the can
