² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon

1. put all ingredients in blender
2. measure out 1/4 cup at a time, spread batter thin on pan in circular motion
3. cook about 1 min each side
4. serve with fruit of choice
