Clean buffalo chicken fingers made with no butter with a clean ranch dipping sauce.
Cut breasts in strips, mix dry ingredients in bowl. Coat strips in flour mixture. Place on un-greased baking sheet. Put in fridge for 30 minutes to an hour till flour gets thicker. Pre-heat oven 400f or 200c. Mix Tabasco and olive oil in bowl. Coat strips with wet ingredients. Put back on baking sheet, cook for 45-50 minutes flipping in between. Serve with Greek yogurt mixed with ranch season packet! I mix 4oz greek yogurt with a half packet of seasoning.
