Fluffy, sweet protein pancakes great for any time of day. This recipe makes a BIG serving without adding up a lot of calories! Add butter extract to enhance flavor even more!
Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls, then slowly whisk together. The dry ingredients will absorb the wet slowly thanks to the coconut flour, so give the mixture time to thicken.
Cook on medium heat (350F) for approx 4-5 minutes per side - but time will vary. Watch for batter to bubble before you flip.
