1 1/2 cups lump crab meat
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1 egg
1 egg white
zest and juice of a lemon
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1.5 tsp horseradish
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1.5 tb Dijon mustard
1.5 tb old bay
1 tb parsley
pinch of salt
