  •  1 Juice of 1 lemon (2-1/8" dia) Fresh Lemon Juice
  •  3/4 cup, chopped Red Sweet Pepper
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  3/4 cup chopped Celery
  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1/2 cup, chopped Onions
  •  5 serving (serving = 3 oz) Chicken of the Sea Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1.5 tsp Horseradish
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  •  4 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Old Bay Old Bay Seasoning
  •  0 tbsp Parsley
  •  1 dash Salt
   

q Directions

1 1/2 cups lump crab meat
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1 egg
1 egg white
zest and juice of a lemon
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1.5 tsp horseradish
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1.5 tb Dijon mustard
1.5 tb old bay
1 tb parsley
pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients, roll into patties and cook over medium/ low heat in a pan!
