**An important note: I couldn't find one key ingredient in the list. Duncan Hines Caramel frosting creations. This helps give this recipe the caramel flavor -- it is 10 calories per pack and 1g sugar. You can find it in the baking section with the frostings; it is just a powder flavoring. I also used 1 tsp of butter extract, but this is optional**
Make sure you drain and rinse your garbanzo beans well. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips into a blender until batter is smooth. Fold in half of the chocolate chips and pour batter into 10 "dessert bar tray" molds (found on Amazon.) You may also use a regular pan or muffin tray, just note that baking times may vary. Top each bar with the rest of the chocolate chips. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350.
