Recipe for Carrot-Cake Oatmeal for one person! Baking powder is optional but i think it gives a cake-y taste

q Directions

1. give 30g (5 tbs) oats, 50g (1/2 cup) grated carrots into a pot and add water until covered
2. heat it up on the stove and let it simmer until its thick and creamy
3. add cinnamon, baking powder and stevia to taste
