Perfect for lunch or dinner or a snack. Fixes cravings for pizzas, tacos, and any other bread base. Gluten free and low carb!
2 Cauliflower bases or 1 large base
1 cup grated cauliflower
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp chickpea flour
1/2 tsp. psyllium husk powder
1 tsp. of desired spice (Italian, garlic, pepper ect)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a tray with parchment paper. Spoon cauliflower mixture into two patties or 1 large patty. Don't make too flat (mixture will be moist/wet which is normal). Cook for 10-15 mins then flip and cook for another 5-10 mins (watch them for desired crispness).
Add desired toppings and enjoy!
