I love how using nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor to things! Cheesy goodness in a comforting wrap.
Cook the cod and mushrooms in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray over a medium heat until the mushrooms are soft and the cod can flake easily. Put it all on a large la tortilla factory low carb tortilla. Mix the cottage cheese and nutritional yeast; put this on top on the cod and mushrooms, along with the basil leaves. Fold everything closed and put it in a panini press until lightly browned.
