Incorporating a classic into breakfast!
Preheat the oven to 350F. Begin by grinding the oats into a flour. Then add the remaining ingredients except for the sugar free jelly and blend again. Once evenly blended, pour the batter into a muffin/cupcake pan that’s been sprayed with nonstick spray, making 4 muffins. Place 1 tsp of sugar free jelly into the middle of each muffin. Then bake at 350F for 14-16 minutes, or until the tops are set and firm.
