A fast easy high protein low carb meal. Its so savory and delicious. You will probably eat it all even thought it can feed two!
Chicken bacon brussel stir-fry 💥2 cups Brussel sprout Sauté with salt pepper to taste💥 1-2 tsp minced garlic. Once cooked squeeze💥 lemon juice on top
Warm💥2 cans of chicken in a pan and salt and pepper to taste. Combine sprouts and chicken into one pan and 💥2-3 slices cookedTurkey bacon. Sauté on medium low for a few minutes and pull off heat!
Top with 💥2 tbsp of Romano shredded cheese (mine is 20 calories 1.5g fat per tablespoon)
It feeds two but I am not going to say I haven't eaten it all myself! ENJOY
