Want a donut that tastes delicious and is PACKED with PROTEIN!! Here ya go! These taste so light and fresh. They are very fluffy and taste great with a the delicious creamy frosting. And they are squeaky clean :)
Makes 7-8 donuts
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
4 egg white
12-13 stevia packets
1/2c almond milk
1/4 c smashed ripe banana
1/8 salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Gently mix in 1/2 -3/4 c raspberries and thenBake at 350 for 7-9 minutes.
Frosting:
Mix the following in a food processor
1/2 c cottage cheese
2 tsp lemon pudding mix
A few squirts of lemon juice
16 drops vanilla creme stevia
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
