cut chicken breast in 2X2 pieces dip in beated egg than in flour mixture â–«Flour Mix 1/2 cup oat flour, for this I blend oats in my blender to make oat flour, its cheaper than buying oat flour for flavor I use garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cumin, and a pinch of cayenne pepper Bake in greased pan at 375 for 20 mins enjoy plain or with your favorite sauce
