Healthy and hearty chicken stew perfect for fall

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 medium onion) Tanimura & Antle Sweet Yellow Onion
  •  0 serving (serving = 1 bag) Bolthouse Farms Baby-Cut Carrots Mini Bags
  •  2 serving (serving = 3/4 cup) Amy's Organic Cream of Mushroom Soup
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1 cup) Birds Eye Steamfresh Whole Green Beans
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 serving) Just Bare Chicken Breast Fillets
   

q Directions

3 chicken breast sliced
1 can of amys organic cream of mushroom soup
3/4 bag of baby carrots
1 1/2 cups of frozen or fresh green beans
1/4 onion chopped
dash of pepper
place all ingredients in crock pot with 1/4 cup of water
mix well
and cook on medium heat for 6 hours
or low heat for 8 hours
serves 5-6
I ate this as my dinner all week long
