Clean version of Real frozen yogurt

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 teaspoon Sugar Substitute (Herbal Extract Sweetener, Powder)
  •  1.25 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Great Value Frozen Mixed Berries
  •  0.15 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Original
  •  1 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
   

q Directions

1 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp almond milk
1/2 tsp baking stevia
3/4 cup fresh or frozen fruit

in sauce pan on stove heat fresh or frozen fruit unit thawed and mushy
meanwhile in a mixing bowl MIX
yogurt, stevia, and almond milk MIX WELL
add a little to a Popsicle mold
once fruit is cooked until desired consistency add to yogurt, and freeze a few hours and enjoy
