All Natural ingredient granola bars

² Ingredients

  •  3 tbsp, whole Flaxseed Seeds
  •  1 serving (serving = 3 squares) Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Intense Dark 72%
  •  6 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Krema Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter
  •  4 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Archer Farms Organic Honey
  •  6 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
   

q Directions

3 cups of rolled oats 3/4 cup of all natural PB 3 Tbls Flax seed 1/2 cup of honey 3 squares 72% cacao Mix oats and flax seed together Melt PB in microwave for 30 sec, add to oat mix, add honey MIX WELL! Melt cacao squares in saucepan on low Spread oat mixture in 8X8 pan Splatter melted cacao over oat mixture, refrigerate a few hours, cut into bars and Enjoy!! Keep Refrigerated Makes 10-12 bars
