Easy as 1-2-3... 3 ingredient pancakes, tastes like banana bread
* You will need a very good non stick pan, greased with coconut oil!! Very important otherwise they will stick and turn into mush
1 egg
1 mashed banana
1/4 tsp cinnamon
and thats it feel free to add any other ingredients you like, I like to add blueberries or cacao chips.
You can substitute 1 egg for 3/4 egg whites
Mash banana in mixing bowl, add egg and whisk, add cinnamon and mix well.
Makes about 4 small pancakes
