Healthy version of chicken strips and or chicken tenders

² Ingredients

  •  2 large Egg White
  •  1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1/2 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Wonderful Natural Raw Almonds
  •  1 serving (serving = 4 oz) Just Bare Chicken Breast Tenders
   

q Directions

Healthier version of chicken strips
1 Package of all natural chicken breast tenders I used I cup can be easly reduced to 1/2 cup almonds ground, Dash cayenne, Dash pepper Garlic powder, Dash of black pepper, 1 egg or 2 egg whites
Dip chicken in egg, than in almond flour mixture, place in greased pan Bake at 400 for 35 mins

With homemade spicy honey mustard sauce 1 Tbls honey 1 Tbls dry mustard Dash Cayenne pepper Dash garlic powder Dash paprika 1/4 tsp ginger
