It's Summer! Sweeten up your Grilled Chicken with some fruit flavor!
For the Sauce:
In a small pot, Heat 3/4c Guava Pulp (I used pure frozen pulp (no added sugars)
Add in:
1/2TB Dijon Mustard
Juice of Half a Lemon (or Lime)
1/2TB Apple Cider Vinegar
Dash of Garlic Powder
Heat until sauce thickens
Serve with Lightly Seasoned Chicken - I baked breasts with Garlic Powder & Lemon Juice
