In a Bowl, Mash 1 Ripe Banana.
Add:
1 Cup Dry Rolled Oats
1/2 TB Oat Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/8 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Chopped Dried Cranberries (unsweetened)
2 TB Sunflower Seeds (unsalted)
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 TB Almond Milk
1/2 TB Coconut Sugar (or sweetener of choice)
Place round cookies onto parchment lined sheet pan
Bake for about 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned
