Feeling like a pie? Or a muffin? Try this puffin! Simplest layered recipe ever!
Crust:
1 1/2 graham cracker smashed up, mixed with 1 tbsp melted coconut oil. Press into the bottom of three wells in a cupcake tin.
Bottom Layer:
3/4 cup mashed banana mixed with 1/8 cup almond flour. Pour into the 3 cupcake wells.
Top Layer:
3/4 cup mashed banana mixed with 1/8 cup almond flour, 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder, and 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder. Pour on top of bottom layer. Top with sprinkles (optional).
Place into the oven at 350F for 35 mins.
