Simple and savory! Start your day off with this delicious, edible breakfast bowl!

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup, cooked Turkey Breakfast Sausage
  •  2 large Egg White
  •  1/4 tbsp Parsley
  •  1/4 oz Cheddar or American Cheese (Reduced Fat, Pasteurized)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 medium pepper) Publix Red Bell Pepper
   

q Directions

Prepare 90% lean turkey breakfast sausage in advance. Cut the top off a bell pepper and place into an oven (directly on the rack) at 400F for 10 mins.

Scramble 2 egg whites in a pan. Combine with your prepared turkey sausage. Mix in a tsp of shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese. Stuff into finished bell pepper and top with parsley or green onions.
