Some fall flavored french toast for a cold Sunday morning!

q Directions

Mix eggs, 1 tbsp almond milk, vanilla extract, tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice in a shallow bowl. Dip bread into mixture saturating both sides, then place on a nonstick preheated griddle at 350F. Cook about 3-4 mins each side depending on thickness of bread.

Pumpkin fluff:
Mix pure pumpkin, 1/4 cup almond milk, stevia, protein powder, dash cinnamon and dash of pumpkin pie spice. Microwave for 20 seconds, should be thin but not watery. Pour over finished french toast, top with a dollop of greek yogurt and cinnamon.
