q Directions

Microwave 1 chocolate brownie quest bar for 8-10 seconds to soften. Flatten the quest bar and press it into a ramekin that’s been sprayed with nonstick spray. It will form your crust. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

Mix the 1 egg white, 1 TBSP coconut flour, 1/2 TBSP vanilla whey protein, 1/2 TBSP plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp baking powder, and 5-7 vanilla stevia drops. This is your mugcake batter. Pour it into your baked crust and microwave for 1 minute.

Make a chocolate icing by mixing 2 TBSP plain Greek yogurt, 1 TBSP chocolate whey protein, and 5-7 stevia drops. Top your mugcake and enjoy!
