Ever had a cake for breakfast? The here you go. A clean 3 minute cake at your disposal.
Here is the recipe to my #chocolate fruit cake. In a blender blend 2 large egg whites,2 tbsp milk,1/2 small banana, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/3 cup of aots, 1 tbsp of coconut flour and 1 tbsp of cocoa powder. Blend and pour ino a greased microwave safe dish and microwave for 3 minutes. Take out and cool down completely. While its cooling make the frosting: blend 2 tbsp greek yogurt, 1 tbsp of cottage cheese, small ripe banana piece, stevia and 2 tbsp milk. You will get a loose mixture and now you add about 1 tbsp of coconut flour. Be careful and add slowly becuase all we want is to reach the frosting consistency. Now cut the cake horizontally and spread 1/2 of ghe frosting in between and layer with banana slices. Then spread the rest of top and decorate with straeberries. Done.
