Super delicious and satisfying pudding can be shaped as you wish. You will love the texture and the taste. Win-win.

q Directions

I used 5 oz of baked sweet potato, 1/2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder, 10 drops of stevia and 1 tsp of coconut flour. Mash potato and add other ingredients and mix with a spoon. No blender needed. Use any cookie cutter to shape the pudding. Leave in the fridge for 10 minutes. This was soooooo yummy and beyond satisfying. I spread just a little peanut butter on top and sprinkled with unsweetened coconut flakes. Must try!!!!
