q Directions

Breakfast. Chocolate oats. This tastes just like dessert. I swear. Try it and you will see whah Im talking about. Take a pan and mix 1/3 cup oats,1/2 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder. Mix and add 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup water and 1-2 packs stevia. Mix and cook on low till oats are thick and soft. Once oats are done cooking add 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1/4 scoop of chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder. Stir nicely and add 1/2 small mashed banana (optional step). Put oats into a bowl and grate some dark chocolate on top. Enjoy. It was sooooooo good. I wanna have it for lunch and dinner too. Haha.
