Delicious and egg free vegan toast that will leave you pleasantly surprised. If you love bananas they you will love this toast.

q Directions

Mash banana and add almond milk and mix. Soak 2 sliced of nicely TOASTED ezikiel bread. I dont really soak them just dip in. Next heat up your oan with just a little coconut oil and before you put your bread in there sprinkle the side that you gonna fry with unsweetened coconut flakes. Let is get nice and golden then before you flip it on the other side sprinkled the top with flakes and then flip. Does it make sense? If you love the taste of fried bananas and coconut then you will loooove this. I topped my vegan french toast with peanut sauce ( mix peanut butter or peanut flour with water) and my home made orange infused apples. Drizzle with honey. Done! This was sooo good, better than any restaurant breakfast. I served it with freshly brewed black tea in my favorite mug. What a fabulous start to a day!!!!
