You can't go wrong with chocolate, peanut butter & banana. These are so delicious I eat one every day! :-)

² Ingredients

  •  110 g Cashew Nuts
  •  8 date Date
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 rounded scoop) Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey - Chocolate Peanut Butter
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 rounded scoop) Gaspari Nutrition MyoFusion Probiotic Series - Milk Chocolate
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Jif Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter
  •  0.4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Original Unsweetened Non-Dairy Beverage
  •  1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  •  0.7 tbsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
  •  2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
   

q Directions

1. In a food processor mix all ingredients for the first layer:
Cashews, soaked for 1,5h - 1dl(2/5 cup)
Fresh dates, pitted - 4
Whey Chocolate Peanut Butter 1 scoop
Peanut butter, natural - 3 tbsp
Almond Milk Unsweetened - 1/2dl(1/5 cup)

2. In a bowl mash the bananas with a fork.

3. In a food processor mix all ingredients for the third layer:
Cashews, soaked for 1,5h - 1dl(2/5 cup)
Fresh dates, pitted - 4
Whey Milk Chocolate - 1 scoop
Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder, unsweetened - 2 tsp
Almond Milk Unsweetened - 1/2dl(2/5 cup)

4. Spoon little bit of every layer in 6 silicon muffins forms and place them in the freezer for couple of hours.
