A chocolatey protein-packed breakfast that's perfectly portable!
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl, and add a splash of almond milk to thin if necessary. Pour into 3 silicone muffin cups and bake at 350*C for about 20 minutes. Let cool and top each oatmeal cup with 1 tsp natural peanut butter (optional).
