250g Black Beans
40g oats
1 banana
30g unsweeten cacao
40g Chocolate Proteinpowder
2 eggs
40g coconut oil
2 Tbsp honey (or stevia, agave)
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
Preheat your oven 175° Celsius. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave and put everything into a food processor. Don’t forget to lick the spoon before you put your muffins for 10-15minutes into the oven! :D
