Insanely easy and delicious! Have for breakfast or dessert!

² Ingredients

  •  10 raspberries Raspberries
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 bar) Quest Chocolate Brownie Bar
  •  0.1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Market Pantry Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Chia Seed
  •  0.2 serving (serving = 1 serving) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (6 oz)
   

q Directions

Microwave one chocolate brownie questbar for 10 seconds. Roll it out on a piece of foil and cut into two rectangles.

Mash up about 8-10 raspberries, combine with 1/2 tsp chia seeds. Put this raspberry filling on the center of one rectangle, place the other rectangle on top and pinch the side closed using the edge of a fork.

Use 1 tsp plain nonfat greek yogurt and mix with a tsp of vanilla protein powder or 1 packet of granulated stevia. Spread over the top of the poptart and finish with some sprinkles!
