² Ingredients

  •  2.5 teaspoon, dry Instant Coffee (Dry Powder)
  •  0.125 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  2 large Egg White
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1/2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
  •  1 cup Oats

  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 serving) Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/8 tsp) Clabber Girl Double Acting Baking Powder
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 0.5 oz squeeze pack) Justin's Nut Butter Chocolate Hazelnut Butter (0.5 oz)
  •  0.1875 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original

q Directions

Blend together oats, baking powder, egg whites, almond milk, sweetener, protein powder, and 1.5 tsp of instant coffee. Pour batter on non-stick pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Mix greek yogurt, vanilla and remaining instant coffee and set aside. Microwave your quest bar for about 30-45s. Let it cool and crumble into pieces. Once the pancakes are done, heat up the hazelnut butter to make it easy to drizzle , stack the pancakes together, top with yogurt mix, hazelnut butter, chocolate chips, quest bar crumbles, and feast!
