Pre-Heat Oven at 400 degrees
In a Bowl, Mix:
1/2 Cup Oats
1 Egg White
1/2 Banana, mashed
1TB Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1TB Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Oat Flour
1 Teaspoon Coconut Sugar
6 Raspberries, mashed
Pour into Cupcake Molds, top with a Raspberry
Bake for 25 minutes
