In a Bowl, whisk:
Egg White & Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Mix in:
Oat Bran
Coconut Flour
Ground Flaxseed
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Granulated Sweetener of Choice - I used 1 teaspoon of Coconut Sugar
Batter should be thick
Spoon onto lightly greased griddle, thinning out batter.
Cook on both sides til browned.
Top with Diced Cherries & Drizzle with Agave.
